🔑 What You’ll Do

As a Shift Leader, you’ll help drive daily operations while creating a welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.

  • Lead and motivate team members during shifts

  • Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction

  • Support training and development of new employees

  • Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards

  • Assist with scheduling, inventory, and daily shift goals

  • Model professionalism and a strong work ethic

  • Prior restaurant or hospitality experience (leadership experience preferred)
